CC Science and History Museum

While Levi took a class at the Corpus Christi Science and History Museum about Texas History, the girls and I just stayed there until it was over. Mattie had a blast for the 2 hours playing in the children's area. I was taking care of Hailey the whole time and trying to keep up with Mattie so I didn't get very many pictures. In addition to the activities below, she loved climbing the huge play structure up to the second floor and coming down the piano key stairs, playing with magnets, weights and scales, and the interactive dinosaur room.

I don't even know how many times she climbed this wall - she is such a little monkey. And she was on the more difficult end of it.

Not quite big enough yet to reach the pedals. I helped her push them so that it turned all the gears in the top of the picture.

Here she was turning the wheel which in turned spun a huge ballerina up on top of the pole. Unfortunately it was a really rainy day and we couldn't go outside and play on the new playground. The last time we came here it was still under construction. Bummer.

And no, I can't keep socks and shoes on her feet!
