Fintastic 5th Birthday!

Levi turned 5 today! I can't believe I have a 5 year old. I've had 5 years of this loud, energetic, sweet, friendly, outgoing, constantly in motion, nonstop talker, early rising sharknado. So to celebrate we went to the Texas State Aquarium this morning and had a shark themed cake this evening. They got to touch jellyfish, sting rays, and sharks and see all kinds of cool creatures at the aquarium.

Uncle Jacob came down to visit for a couple of days and celebrate his nephew's birthday.

They loved the splash pad at the aquarium. I bought season passes so we can visit frequently! (We have an apartment here on the coast while Daddy is on a job so we can stay and visit for long periods of time!)

Loved this shark book - already read it tonight.

The Book of Life DVD. He LOVES this movie and has it memorized. Now we can watch it in the car too and not just at home on the DVR.

And the cake I made. Blue velvet with lots of buttercream icing.

I decided I didn't like how I did the other one so this one doesn't have the line down his body.
