2 Months!

It's hard to believe Hailey is already 2 months old. She had her check up and shots yesterday and then slept most of the day! It was a rare good nap day. Most nights she will fight me and stay up until midnight, sleep four hours, then be awake most of the day, only taking a few 15 minute catnaps. She also has acid reflux, so she will be fussy and won't let you put her down. It could always be worse- she's not colicky, but oh, the puke. She loves to spit up all over you, right after you get dressed or when you are about to leave to go somewhere. I'd still say she's a pretty chill baby though, giving you a huge grin immediately after puking all over you.

Bluebonnets, Fire, Kids

The night of our fire fun, I attempted to get the kids' picture in the bluebonnets. These are the best I got of that attempt.

Family Night

On Saturday night we decided it was perfect weather to have a fire in our pit and let the kids stay up. It was cool but not cold and the rain this past week soothed our concerns for having a fire and keeping it contained. We gathered some wood and broke out the marshmallows for some evening entertainment.

What marshmallow?

He will only eat his marshmallows burnt.

Liked the marshmallows by themselves but wasn't too big on s'mores. I ended up eating the rest of hers.
